  We rang and made an appointment for Marilyn, to visit our property regards an upcoming bathroom renovation.
  On the day of the appointment, after waiting half an hour we rang her mobile - no response. We rang the office to be told she was not in today?!
  We rang back and asked to speak to the manager and were given feeble exscuses as to why the appointment wasn't kept.
  All in all, this was a total waste of our time and to date have never received a call from Margaret to apologise for not turning up for the appointment.
  We would not recommend this company unless you like wasting time?!
